Micro roBot with tracks
thingiverse
MB3434 is a work-in-progress robot project with its description available at http://letsmakerobots.com/node/40545. The inspiration for this robot came from the nCee, also found at http://letsmakerobots.com/node/39856. The design was created using Google Sketchup without a specific plan, with dimensions based on the motors, L293, battery, and Beetle controller. The robot's reusability may vary depending on one's purpose, but it could serve as an idea for modification. Its tracks are molded using a 3D printed mold and silicon mixed with a curing agent. The robot is powered by a 550mAh Lipo battery, controlling a DFRobot Beetle via two QRD1114 sensors as front and rear sensors. This is the creator's first project, and they advise checking and double-checking before printing to avoid mistakes like rotating mold parts correctly.
