Micro Quadcopter Frame [beecore-0615]

I design and create drones from scratch in Fusion360, carefully optimizing them for minimal weight without compromising strength. I print these models without any supports. To power my drones, I utilize elastic bands to secure 150-250mAh 1S LiPo batteries. Although my initial battery mount design (seen in the pics) appears visually appealing, it is unfortunately too fragile. I am currently working on a revised version of the battery mount. The motors are pressure-fit into place, requiring some careful force and precise print quality to successfully install them. If the motor doesn't fit easily, gently warming it up can soften the PLA on the motor mounts, allowing for a smooth installation. I'm unsure how this technique would work with ABS materials. Here is my drone build (visible in the pictures): * 6x15mm motors: https://tinyurl.com/y83tvw2u * BeeCore F3 flight controller: https://tinyurl.com/yb95b8xr * 31mm propellers: https://tinyurl.com/y8g9xn2d Feel free to use my affiliate links above if you're interested in building a drone with the same components.
