Introducing Gyrobot's final extruder of the week, featuring a Quick-Fit compatible base for two Micro DUAL Extruders, creating a QUAD setup within the X carriage footprint. The large (105mm x 84mm) design allows for base mounting with 65mm pitched M4 holes. As an experimental product, it's untested with quad electronics, and cooling may be insufficient; users are encouraged to print, test, and share their results. Print the Quad Extruder setup with support and attach four M6 hotends (like Recreus Hotends) while aligning the backing nuts in the slots. Heatsinks should fit perfectly above the Quick Fit carriage aperture. Keep each extruder in place using an M4 screw with captive nut under the base, and secure the M6 nuts on top of hot ends to prevent turning. A minor adjustment might be needed to clear hotends when quick releasing.
