Micro Quad 1S Lipos Holder

This is a lightweight carrying case designed specifically to fit four micro 1S lithium-polymer (lipo) packs. Despite being dimensioned for 850mah 1S lipo cells, which I have used successfully in my own 125mm quadcopter, it also accommodates smaller packs like the UM series 1S packs and MCPX 300mah packs. What's more, the case can be easily resized using your slicer software to suit any specific requirements. As you can see from the photos, I'm using raw lipo cells here. Each cell comes equipped with two leads, which I have soldered a walkera connector onto for convenience. While the leads are insulated to prevent electrical shocks, there's still a considerable risk of shorts if multiple packs come into contact with each other inside the case. Just last time, I attempted to store ten 70mah raw 1S packs in a compact cigarette box, and one of them suffered a catastrophic failure right within that tiny space. From that moment on, I made it a point to place individual lipo packs in custom pills containers, which provide excellent separation between cells. Since these compartments are too small for larger than 1S > 600mah packs, this led me to design this specialized box myself.
