On the official Micropython site (https://micropython.org/), you can find the dimensions of the board. Mouser's website provides details on connector models. Alan Bullick deserves credit for the LQFP-64 model. Due to unclear positions of uC and connectors in the drawing, I directly measured them from the board; accuracy may not be guaranteed.
