Micro Motor Test Stand

Micro Motor Test Stand

I designed this motor test stand specifically for 8.5mm micro motors, allowing me to easily determine which motor and propeller combination performs best. This design prints smoothly as long as users employ supports to hold up the slot that clamps onto the motor securely. I utilized an M3 screw to clamp the motor in place and a second M3 screw to adjust the level of the arm on the scale precisely. I hope these models prove helpful for you! I'm glad to share them with you, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they work out. To print this test stand successfully, follow these settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer Model: Ultimaker Original Raft Setting: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill Percentage: 25% Notes: The only spot where you need to use supports is in the motor mount area, where there's a gap that requires additional reinforcement.
