I have upgraded my Micro Magic model airplane's control stick arm with a brand new gooseneck unit. To assemble this vital component, I used high-strength Imbus bolts measuring 1.6 millimeters in diameter and an impressive length of eight millimeters. As for the ball bearings themselves, they possess an inner diameter of five millimeters, while their outer diameter stands at a sturdy eight millimeters. Furthermore, these ball bearings exhibit a height of precisely two and a half millimeters. The primary boom, however, is crafted from high-quality carbon fiber, boasting an impressive outer diameter of five millimeters. To connect the mainboom to the newly installed gooseneck unit, I first need to print two identical parts for this connection. Once assembled, they will be bonded together with a reliable epoxy adhesive and then further secured inside the mainboom itself by applying additional epoxy for optimal structural integrity.
