Micro Lift

Micro Lift

thingiverse

Uploading a simple concept for a micro-lift. In the attached render the light green parts are 4040 extrusions. The carriage on the left is driven by a motor (in red) and the motor drives to endstops that can be moved up and down, depending on the height that the cargo needs to be taken to. A tipping mechanism could be incorporated as well. The intention for this design is to assist in the construction of rammed earth walls, by lifting buckets of dirt and tipping them into formwork. The frame could be mounted on wheels, so that it can easily be moved along the formwork. Components could be a mix of aluminium or steel plates, and printed parts.
