This is kinda remix or thing inspired by:
http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1751658

I started with different way of Dremel attachment and decided to redesign the whole thing.
I added a knob to threaded rod. There is slot for a small piece of 1mm thick metal sheet that goes to the slot in threaded rod. You can glue the knob on rod after you assemble the whole thing. There is a M6 nut soldered on rod on the other side.
In the chuck part, there are three plugs to cover the rods. Glue them in with superglue.
I designed two types of Carriage. One is the same height as the Chuck/Stock axis. The V2 is smaller and you can put some adapter on it.

OpenSCAD files are included. Chuck file uses "nuts and bolts v1.95.scad" library. Knob uses "children.scad" example from advanced examples inside OpenSCAD program.

You need some hardware to complete this thing.
4 pieces of M3 screws and 4 M3 nuts.
One M6 nut and a piece of M6 treaded rod.
One 608ZZ 8x22x7 bearing.
Two 8mm rods.

Printed on PRUSA i3 MK2. I used PLA
I added few pieces that are meant to be removed. The big circle that prevents Stock and Chuck parts from lifting and warping during print. Also there is a "support" barrel inside the hole for bearing. That should pop of after printing done.

For more info look at the oroiginal thing.

Print instructions

Category: Machine Tools
