Micro irrigation servo valve adapter

This is an adapter for automating garden irrigation. I've designed it with a “window” in the adapter, I'm never quite sure when cheap and cheerful servos go bad so it's a handy feature to ensure the valve is working as it should and allows manual intervention in the case of failure.Designed to  fit  “Antelco” micro irrigation valves: https://www.growinsane.com/product/antelco-vari-flow-barb-to-barb-valve-4mm/Printing:Printed on an ender3, no special settings required and prints fine in low quality (.28mm) from cura. For best results flip the boss parts upside down and print with some supports. The splines on the valve head aren't uniform so care is required to fit the adapter boss - if it doesn't go on reasonably easily, rotate the boss a notch and try again. It should fit when the arrow on the valve and boss are aligned as per the photo:The boss for the servo might require a bit of scaling to ensure  a good tight fit. Use 4 m3 heat set inserts in the base piece. Installation is simple - fix the valve adapter boss to the valve , affix the inlet/outlet pipes and insert the valve into the mounting channel.Affix the servo boss to the servo  (A drop of glue doesn't hurt)  and screw into place. Make sure the servo boss has a good grip on the servo motor - if it's too loose, scale it down slightly and reprint.Insert the servo/boss assembly into the mount. The step on the valve boss should mate with the step on the servo boss.Using 4 m3 bolts, screw the top and bottom sections together. Job done !
