I designed this flying wing after being inspired by the micro flying wing Drcameron designed (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2781182). This larger wing spans 470mm and is built around a 1106 brushless motor and micro FPV camera. It uses 5G servos, with Gening 5G metal gears being the ones I used, but anything with those dimensions should work. It can run on a sub-450mah 3S or slightly bigger 2S depending on the motor-prop combo. I suggest using a small stabilizer with this wing as it can be a bit twitchy when running, but it glides beautifully. I'm using the stab out of a Zohd Dart. Any suggestions for fixing this twitchiness would be more than welcome. The CG is roughly 40mm back from where the wing joins the fuselage, just behind the front spar. The wing is printed with zero top or bottom layers, two walls and around six to seven percent infill, using cubic as it gives the best strength. It's then covered in packing tape. I added top layers to the area where the servo mounts in Cura for some extra rigidity there. The fuselage can be printed the same way with more infill, somewhere around fifteen to twenty-five percent, but I print with two top layers and twenty-five percent infill for some extra strength. It's all held together by two 4mm carbon spars and packing tape. Everything else can be printed normally with top and bottom layers, unless you're trying to make it really light.
