Micro F4 Flight Controller and XSR-E Receiver USB Case
thingiverse
This case is designed for use with a PC when you plan to practice using your transmitter wirelessly with a simulator. Since no suitable case was available for my flight controller and receiver combo, I created this custom solution myself. I am utilizing the following hardware:\r\n\r\n- Micro Betaflight Omnibus STM32F4 F4 Flight Controller (27x27mm)\r\n- Frsky XSR-E D16 2.4G receiver (20x20mm)\r\n\r\nWith this setup, I can practice with my Taranis QX7 (with IRX4+) on a simulator and even enjoy telemetry capabilities (via SoftSerial in Betaflight 3.4). As the walls are only 1mm thick, the colored LEDs on the boards remain visible.\r\n\r\nThe assembly process is straightforward, requiring no screws or tools. The flight controller sits at the bottom and is held securely by four pins. The receiver fits snugly into its holder at the top.
