Printed without support, these parts are modeled in Lightwave 3D and saved as STL files for printing. If you're interested in building the working robot, scale the parts up to 1.1 due to servo-induced length differences. Most of Dave's servos are regular hobby servos, with micro servos in his hands and large hi-torque 1/4 scale servos in his shoulders. For action figure enthusiasts, print all the parts at 50% scale for a miniature version that can be held together with a rubber band. The hip parts require gluing together and to the belly, while the head needs a hole cut for the neck fit.
