Micro-compact enclosure for RileyLink, a Bluetooth bridge so that an iPhone can talk to a Medtronic insulin pump using the Loop app: https://getrileylink.org/ This enclosure is engineered to be as compact as possible, with the antenna fully visible for optimal range. Dimensions: 34x16x56mm. If you want a high-quality print made on a lithography machine from carefully selected ultra-strong plastic, you can order from my store. I dedicated an extra 100 hours perfecting the design and manufacture. It features a brass insert to prevent thread stripping, along with a keyring and screw: https://www.loopcases.com/ These files are for personal use only and not for resale. Assembly video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=KbGKFi2bfgE For flush mounting, secure the cover with an M2-0.4 flat-head screw of between 6mm and 12mm in length. The battery wires should pass through the small cutout on the edge of the board. Once the cover is in place, start inserting the screw. Before the final turn of the screwdriver, press down on the top to secure it. Be extremely cautious not to over-tighten the screw, as it may strip the plastic easily.
