Micro Chameleon
thingiverse
This is a 66mm Brushless frame based off of the Chameleon design, using 31mm props as standard equipment. The frame was specifically engineered around 0603 motors, although it's been noted that 0802 motors share the same motor pattern. Assembly requires 7 motor screws to secure the frame together, and applying a small drop of super glue can provide additional stability. Camera space is limited to 12mm, necessitating the use of a compact camera. Tight tolerances may require some trimming, depending on the printer's precision. The design also features motor connectors removed from the Flight Controller (FC), but flipping the FC upside down provides an alternative solution if desired. FC bushings need to be cut in half and installed in sequence: post, FC, then the other half. To prevent screw snaps, the posts were enlarged accordingly.
