Micro brushless quadcopter frame, inspired by the Martian style. This frame is designed to be a high-performance platform for FPV racing and other aerial applications. Parts list: This frame Racerstar BR1103 motors for maximum power and efficiency Eachine minicube stack (PDB, ESC, FC, and Rx) - spacers are carefully positioned for optimal performance: 2.5mm from the frame, 4mm between ESC and FC, 4mm between FC and Rx, 4mm on top of Rx, then top plate Eachine AIO FPV VTx/Cam (from Aurora) - mount at a 25-degree angle for maximum visibility JST female plug for easy connection to the quadcopter's electrical system M2 x 25mm hex screws for mounting the minicube stack and securing the top and bottom plates together M2 nyloc bolts for added stability and security 10mm wide velcro strap for holding the battery in place Double-sided tape or superglue for a secure connection between the VTx and JST connector 2s LiPo with JST male plug (XF Power 600mah 30c has a long JST lead for easy installation) Props - up to 60mm diameter can be used, depending on the desired flight characteristics Paint - use plastic one-coat paint for a durable and long-lasting finish Edits and updates: March 28, 2017 - Updated parts list with nylon screws that are long enough for optimal performance March 27, 2017 - Increased lens hole size for easier build and extended cam mount to 25 degrees March 14, 2017 - Added "ramp" access to the arm from the motor mounts for more flexibility March 13, 2017 - Updated top plate camera antenna hole to account for the 25-degree slope March 12, 2017 - First print successful, but built-in standoffs are very tight; updated spacers for more internal wiggle room March 9, 2017 - Realized that cam mount area needed to be off-center to align lens centrally; updated top plate March 8, 2017 - Updated top plate to include notch for buzzer Note: If you hadn't guessed, the small hole in the top plate is for the Rx antenna and the small slot is for a zip tie to secure the antenna with heatshrink.
