Micro Bit Holder for Milwaukee Packout and Bit Cases

I designed these bit holders to be used with my Slim Packout Bins for Milwaukee bit holders, but they also fit perfectly in the original Milwaukee bit cases. I haven't enabled customization yet because I adapted the openSCAD file from the Bit Holders for Milwaukee Slim Packout thing and there's still some tweaking to do. Micro bits are usually 4mm hex (about 5/32"). The picture shows bits from a Kobalt set.
