micro:bit Buzz Wire Game
myminifactory
This project utilizes conductive paint to create a fun "buzz wire" game, perfect for competing against friends. The goal is to draw the small loop over the black coil without touching it - quite a challenge! The coil should be printed and then coated with conductive paint before being slotted into the base part. Next, the micro:bit slots onto the base and connects the coil to pin 0. Crocodile clips attach the loop to ground, allowing for a flexible handle. The inside of the loop is coated with conductive paint, and a line of paint is extended down the handle so that the crocodile clip attachment touches the paint. When the loop touches the coil, it completes the circuit for pin 0, enabling the micro:bit to log the touch! See how quickly you can complete the game and with how few touches. You could also try printing the coil and loop in conductive filament to avoid the mess of painting altogether.
