Micro 85 Propeller Guard
thingiverse
I've created a lightweight propeller guard for the Micro 85 that weighs just 3g when printed in PETG. Initial testing suggests it provides adequate protection during crashes around my home and office. I highly recommend using ABS, PETG, or nylon for this project, as PLA may be too brittle to withstand impact. This design is more of an add-on than a full remix, but I wanted to tie it to t4b_'s excellent micro brushed quadcopter frame. The guard should fit snugly around the top of each motor, and you may need to scale it slightly depending on your material and machine settings. For my printer, 101% scaling worked well with PETG, while 103% was perfect for ABS - however, your results may vary.
