Micro 64 Nano Light
thingiverse
Edit: 7/1/18 Now the frame is even lighter. New files are the "light light version". Make sure you download the proper frame and guards (light light frame and light light prop guards go together). RunCam version is now 27g and the FX805 is now 25g. 2 grams lighter!! After several test flights, I found that the frame and guard work best when printed with NylonX. The Micro 64 Alloy 910 nylon prop guard absorbs too much moisture, making the camera loose in its mount after some time. In my opinion, MatterHackers' NylonX is the absolute best quad frame material to use. It's stronger than standard carbon fiber frames. My Whoop replacement flies like a dream. All parts are completely 3D printed with 910 Nylon (NylonX) filament except for the battery holder, which was printed with TPU. All plastic screws minus the metal motor screws. The weight is 29g with the RunCam and 3 minutes of flight time, or 27g with the FX805 combo and 3.5 minutes of flight time.
