Summary This is a tweak from my original, and I made some key changes. The clip ends are now longer, the lip is bigger, and I added a screw-in cap to keep the spool from falling off. Print Settings Printer: Micro 3D Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 200 Micron Infill: Whatever Notes: If all pieces could be printed at once, using a raft would help prevent small parts from detaching from the print bed. The clip bar itself requires model-on-model support. Post-Printing How I Designed This Tinkercad I'm not familiar with 3D printing techniques, but Tinkercad is easy to use, even for someone who's not skilled in CAD programs. It gets the job done.
