This is a remix of the original micro 105 fpv quadcopter to accommodate the Hyperion Mini 600 TVL camera with built-in 5.8GHz 25MW VTX. http://store.flitetest.com/hyperion-mini-600-tvl-camera-w-built-in-5-8ghz-25mw-vtx/. The micro size is just 4.5 grams! I'm getting almost exactly 5 minutes of FPV flights with a fast-flying style using a 500mAh battery. I got some new Nano-tech 500mAh 25~50C batteries today and, with them, I'm getting 6-minute flights and they have plenty more power to spare. Update: May 21st. I recently made some changes to the frame to fix an issue where the ring around the motor would break off from the rest of the frame in a crash. To do this, I added a bit more plastic to that area. In previous versions, there was a spot in the frame for the USB cable to plug into, but now I've made a little case for the flight controller which holds it up slightly higher and eliminated the need for that slot. I've also modified the top part of the frame to accommodate the taller FC being inside the case, and both files are listed as V2. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: R3d and fuse box Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 to .3 Infill: 100% Notes: These STL files are calibrated to my printer to accommodate the 8.5 millimeter motors, if you find them loose or tight with your printer you can scale the model up or down to suit your needs, depending on your layer height it takes roughly a little over an hour to print the bottom and about 15 minutes to print the top.
