You will need some M-3 screws: 4 each M-3 x 18 for two 5015 fans 4 each M-3 x 12 or 14 for 4010 fan 3 each M-3 x 8 to secure ears to fan body original screws should work for securing body to carriage If adding bows to ears, use: use an M-3 x 12 or 14 This hotend body will work with stock, Microswiss or E3d ends. Fans required will be: 2 each 5015 for nozzle cooling 1 each 4010 for heatsync cooling This will accommodate CR or BL touch using factory provided mounting brackets and fasteners. This will also work on direct drive set-ups if using a side mount stepper design. Installation: Easiest if you loosen or remove the hotend Mount the body and Touch. re-install hotend. Check for nozzle clearance before tightening Install all 3 fans, route and manage cables Press the Ear Trim through the 2 holes at the Ear bottom, either glue or heat-flatten the two projections to prevent removal Install 3 mounting screws for ears (1 on top and 1on either side) If installing Minnie version: Follow procedures above but include stacking the bow and bow back and securing to the top Ear mount NOTE: I have also added a J-head (E3d) mount set-up STL pair. I am unable to remember which user I got them from. It is a minimalistic design that will work for my design.
