MiChip - Chip-E Minion
thingiverse
Here is a remix of Chip-E Robot of RoboGeek. 12/07/2017: MiChip is complete! To complete Assembly of the MIChip, modified items "Base", "Bracket" and "Foot" for mounting standard servo for RC were made. "Bracket" on one side is mounted directly on the shaft of the servo. The diameter of the hole was calculated so that it was a bit tight. The other end is attached to the leg through the bearing 623ZZ size 3x4x10 mm, which allows you to freely rotate the leg, but to withstand the load. All the details of MiChip were painted with acrylic paints, after which he became even nicer. Yes, my MiChip now just a shell, but I really hope that soon I will be able to breathe life into it! 01/07/2017: Added hands for @Minion in pants. Model "Hand" was printed twice, one of which to mirror. An updated model of the "Midsection" was added. 24/06/2017: A file of head with the support of the cut under the eye and the display was added. Photos of printed model of ABS were also added. In the future we plan to paint. As soon as I saw the yellow Chip-E, I thought that it is very similar to the minion! When I learned that started the challenge, I decided to implement the plans. And who doesn't want to be your little minion?! The original case has been completely redesigned in SolidWorks to be similar to the shape of the minion, but at the same time compatible with the original Chip-E. The location of all the original holes was kept so you can install parts RoboGeek to build MiChip. Unfortunately, I don't have the electronics to collect this MiChip, but thanks to the models of original Chip-E I was able to build a model of this nice guy. In the head there is a hole under the lcd display to see the expression MiChip-eye glasses, worn only by real minions! In this Remix of two buildings for Chip-E: normal and "in pants". I was not able to decide which one is better. Choose the one you like more. These are the new Chip-E parts that you have to print: Head Hand Top Midsection Midsection_with_pants Base Base_with_pants These are the original Chip-E parts that you have to print: Left_Shoe Left_Foot Right_Shoe Right_Foot
