My friend is an audio engineer. He purchased the Beyerdynamic MM1 microphone and SPL Calibrator recently. I thought it was actually the Extech 407744 Sound Calibrator, which is a 94dB device. The calibrator and microphone do not fit together at all, so I created this to make things easier. In the GAP02 version, I set the mic gap at 0.2mm, but it shrunk slightly on my printer - maybe there was a slicing problem or a physical issue. So I drew a revised model that is bigger, and the final product fits better now. Extech 407744 94dB Sound Calibrator: http://www.extech.com/instruments/product.asp?catid=18&prodid=489 Beyerdynamic MM1: http://north-america.beyerdynamic.com/shop/mm-1.html Print Settings: Printer: Flux Delta Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.05 Infill: 20% Notes: Sliced by CURA, you could try Slic3r for better bottom and top results. On my printer, the shank is about 0.3mm thick. You could try using a 0.2mm layer height and printing different size models to fit your mic and calibrator. A little sanding may be needed if the mic doesn't fit smoothly.
