MiBox 3 Wall Bracket (cables from left)
thingiverse
The Xiaomi MiBox is a fantastic Android TV streamer with a really unique shape that makes it not fit snugly in any square bracket. To hang mine on the wall, I needed a way to secure it firmly in place, so I designed this bracket. This is the second version of the bracket I've created; in the first one, the cables are connected from the bottom, while in this one they're connected from the left. You can check out the original design [here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2754331). The bracket features a dedicated spot for a single countersunk 4mm (or smaller) screw to attach it securely to the wall, with the screw head neatly concealed within the base of the bracket, ensuring it doesn't come into contact with the MiBox. I printed this design in PLA, and due to its complex shape, it requires support everywhere and some infill (about 10% should be sufficient); be cautious when removing the support as it features slanted surfaces on both sides. It's worth noting that the bracket does cover the USB port; this was a necessary compromise to accommodate the support structure, but rest assured the power or HDMI connectors remain accessible. Unfortunately, mirroring the design to connect cables from the right isn't possible without compromising another crucial port – if you'd like to explore this option, feel free to leave a comment and I'll see what I can do.
