Miata / MX5 Seat Belt Extension for NA

These are seat belt extensions designed to save you the trouble of making a long reach every time you put your seatbelt on. They attach to the chassis stiffener bar, where a 6mm washer is required to clear the plastic - one is included, and if that doesn't provide enough clearance, I've also included a 10mm washer. The washer is installed between the stiffener bar and the chassis. The belt extension adds a little friction to the retract function on the seatbelt, but the seatbelt still performs all its functions without issue, giving you added convenience with no compromise on safety. Just remember to use it at your own risk. Printer Settings: - Printer: Prusa I3 - Rafts: No - Supports: No - Resolution: 0.4 - Infill: 90% Notes: This part requires that your printer does bridges, and while support material can be used if necessary, I achieved a much better finish without it by designing the part with bridging in mind. This is the right-hand side extension; for the left, simply mirror this design using repetier or similar software. Post-Printing: You'll notice there are two 1mm bridge supports on each side of the belt retainer overhangs. These must be removed and the edges filed to match the rounded edges.
