Miata MX-5 NB frame rail repair part

This is a repair plate for the infamous NB Miata front frame rails. All NBs have rust there due to tightly sandwiched double layer of steel trapping water.Laser cut it out of 2mm high strength steel (stronger for buckling than original 2x1.5mm), do 2 bends on bending machine (left and right are bent in opposite directions). Cut out the original piece of rust, clean it up and weld the new in.All holes require M6 nuts to be welded in behind them like original ones. The exception are sway bar bracket holes. Weld M8 nuts there and use M8 grade 10 bolts. This eliminates the need to spot weld the bracket like it's done in original one.I drove my car for 2+ years on these, zero issues.
