Mi6 Armed, Cockpit
grabcad
Once I was done with the desk, I felt the need for a better solution for my CAD and gaming station. And wanted to incorporate both of them, with a modular design in mind.So I ended up with this design for my chair. Which I am sitting in as I write this, as well as when I either do CAD work or other projects. As well as when I am racing games like the Dirt rally or iRacing, Assetto Corsa similar games. And "regular" PC games of course.A very nice design, because it can do so much, and it can be implemented to mostly any chair. The arm rests being a model that needs more or less changes depending of the side arm mounting on your chair. But the base plate should only need a bolt hole alignment to your current chair base. The chair does come with a "brain" for the simulation gizmos used when playing simulator games.Electronic housing;- USB hub, generic 4 port.- Arduino Micro- Leo Bodnar BU0836-LCManual placed things/upcoming additions;- Sinus Live Basspump, bass shaker x3(x4)- YX599, amplifier AUX board x2- Arduino Leonardo with Motor shield- "rumble motors" for tactile feedback
