The Xiaomi Mijia Mi Sphere is a fantastic 360-degree spherical panorama camera that's packed with features. Its companion selfie stick is incredibly handy but it lacks a threaded insert to attach it to a tripod. However, this can be easily rectified by removing the end cap - simply roll down the rubber cover and unscrew the two screws. A 3/8-16 nut will then complete this process. With this adapter in place, I'm now able to use my Manfrotto 209 Table Top Tripod (without a head) to take stunning 360-degree panos without having to hold the camera myself. If you have a tripod with a 1/4-20 thread, you can easily attach it using a readily available 3/8" to 1/4" tripod thread adapter.
