Mi Band + YubiKey wristband strap
thingiverse
Wristband for [Xiaomi MiBand 3-6](https://www.mi.com/global/product/mi-smart-band-6/) and [YubiKey USB-A](https://www.yubico.com/de/product/yubikey-5-nfc/). Use TPU filament with 100% infill, without supports. I think the buckle is most problematic spot. I afraid it might failure after a while, as it gets high impact on open-close - the single-wall cylinder gets squished between pin and keyring-hole of the yubikey. That is the only solution I found to have yubikey holder as small as possible. Unfortunately I didn't find how to make an adjustable length (with multiple holes). Therefore I prepared a fixed-size options. How to pick proper stl: 1. Measure your wrist in place where you wear your band. Use soft measure tape. 2. Add 85-90mm to your result - that's a wristband length you gonna pick for print. Example: My wrist is 175mm => 175+85 = 260. What leads me to print *mibandyubikey_261mm.stl* for tighter option. If I want more loose option, then I add 90, what results *mibandyubikey_265mm.stl*. After few hours/days you might reconsider to print another size. :-) I used ERYONE TPU filament *(use amazon search for __B07WK54WXB__. I can't post link here without getting replaced by thingiverse with some affilate injection - the price got increased more than 3 times :-( )*. I find ERYONE TPU pretty strong and durable: I tried to open-close the buckle over than 150 times, and didn't find any wear-out signs. Hope it will last longer than several months, which I find pretty okay to reprint periodically. As a pin - one may use an aluminium pin from an original Mi-Band strap.
