Mi band 5 mount to fit to 18mm webbing watch strap. Allows normal dress watch to be worn on top of wrist with Mi hung beneath wrist, out of sight. requires 1 small, self tapping screw, it's best to drill out the first hole to 1.5mm to prevent splitting.
