MGN9H z axis KP3S linear rail

didn't want to use mgn12, as there weren't any good places to put it(IMHO), but a mgn9h carriage is exactly 20mm wide, so it fits perfectly in there. i did leave the eccentric nut in on the other side (with the v-roller wheel) to provide a more stable x axis. 4 walls 30% infill no supports needed (see orientation) i used abs, but you may need to account to shrinkage (i increased it by 100.75%). If you're using PLA or PETG you shouldn't have to account for shrinkage, but ABS tends to shrink. You need: 7-9x m3x10mm BHCS 1X 250mm MGN9H 4-6x m3 t-nuts for 2020 extrusion Use this tool to align the mgn9: "Cntr_Tool_MGN9.STL" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4198404/files For suggestions on lubbing and cleaning your linear rails Nero 3D has a great video: https://youtu.be/UYvhYjkBFTY __________________ check out my other kp3s mods: kp3s internal ("external") mosfet bed heater holder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5326275 KP3S z-carriage cable holder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5326264 kp3s bed cable strain relief:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5326261
