MGN12H Titan Extruder Carriage for Tevo Tarantula w/ BLTouch Mount

Update 2018-04-10 V2.0 coming soon! I'm making some improvements on the design based on some feedback I received. The new version will do the following: - Add support between the motor screw plate and main carriage to improve stiffness. - Reduce motor screw plate thickness from 2.5mm to 2mm for better compatibility with the original E3D Titan. - Move extruder closer to X gantry for enhanced stability. - Provide more vertical room for BLTouch and clones by adjusting its position. I damaged my BLTouch recently, so I installed a TLTouch, which has a lower pin deployment point and triggers higher than the BLTouch. This adjustment will allow for such probes in the future. - Extend X endstop switch to prevent wheel collision with carriage before limit switch is triggered. - Improve part fan mount and duct by mounting it on the main carriage instead of the cover. The nozzle is wider and better aimed at the tip of the nozzle. - Widen part fan wire channel for thicker wires. Update 2018-03-06 Add simple wiring clamp to future version, which will include mounting holes for RJ45 ports. UPDATE: Since there have been downloads already, I've uploaded top cover and main carriage "short back" versions. These should be enough if you just want to get your Titan up and running. I also included the MGN12H_X_Carriage_Lower.stl from my previous design, which is what your belt attaches to. If you're looking for RJ45 breakouts like in my previous design, download the mount separately; it will work with this carriage. As before, I'm hoping for comments or suggestions on the design so that I can make adjustments or modifications. Features in the current design: - Fully cover stepper motor - not necessary but hides wiring and includes part cooling fan hinge. - Part cooling fan is a 3010 - same as E3D V6 fan. - Endstop switch mount remains the same as before. - BLTouch mount stays in place. Features still being worked on: - Bracket to hold RJ45 breakouts, seen in previous design. - Top cover to hide/route back wiring coming from top cover. - Main carriage's backplane is extruded downwards to hold RJ45 bracket. If I can find a single dual RJ45 breakout, which was out of stock when I designed my first one, I may decide to mount it on top facing the back of the printer. If that happens, the backplane will be shortened to match my previous design. NOTES: - M3 screws are used for part cooling fan and hinge. - Top cover is held in place by top 2 Titan screws. - Channel from fan duct hinge towards BLTouch allows running part cooling fan wire underneath stepper motor.
