mgn12h carriage block adaptor for 3018 pro cnc machine

This is an adaptor block that is for mgn12h linear rail carriage blocks, I have designed it to attach an annoy tools z-axis carriage to the mgn12 linear rails I installed onto my 3018 pro-CNC machines. The holes are designed to be M5 and M3 threads, the part is designed for metal so it might need some tweaking to be used with those threaded inserts meant for 3D-printed parts, if that is what you end up doing. I have not yet tested the design, I am going to have it milled from aluminum by a local machine shop, I have heard of some people using 3D-printed parts on their machines and also wanted to share the file with anyone who wanted to try it for themselves. I have been recommended by the 3018cnc forum on Reddit to make it out of PLA+. If you do try it please leave a comment about how it worked for you and what you made it from!
