This is a motor mount for Titan direct extruder, specifically designed for MGN12 mounts from E3D, TEVO or CLONE. The unique feature of this design is that it rides on top of the block, not on the side, and the belt is positioned in the back. This is just the motor mount itself, no additional components are included. This motor mount pairs perfectly with the BLV mgn12 X-carriage from Thingiverse, item number 2567757. Instead of installing the BLV X-carriage upright where the belt is on top, simply rotate the motor mount 90 degrees so that the belt is in the back. No modifications are required for this setup; just install it differently. For fan shroud and fan duct options, users can choose from various designs, including the Tevo Tarantula Dual Blower Fan Duct for E3DV6 or Volcano + Titan for Direct or Bowden, found on Thingiverse under item number 2561295. There is no issue with older versions of this design. These additional options are provided for users who have the necessary parts and only need to address issues related to rail block play. As a tinkerer, I appreciate having multiple choices available, especially when troubleshooting problems with my 3D printer's rail block. Version 3 is highly recommended due to its smooth operation, minimal play, and lightweight design. On July 13th, version 2 was added to the design. This updated motor mount redistributes weight by moving the motor 10mm to the back, utilizing belt tension to prevent the nozzle from "bobbing" up and down. On July 16th, version 3 was introduced for smaller step motors. This design uses a stock wheel to grip the V-slot on 2020 extrusion, eliminating vertical plays. The wheel serves as a brace, so it's essential not to over-tighten the bolt; just tighten it enough that you don't feel any resistance when pushing the extruder with your hand.
