The main goal is to take off the wheels from the Y axis and swap them with two MGN12 rails. The rails are 500mm long MGN12. Two copies of each piece need to be printed. No need to touch the belt or motor. Just fix the two rails on the supports (support_rail_y_v3.stl) The supports attach under the central 40x20 rail using TNuts M4 (2 per support) We screw the plates (platine_y v3.stl) onto the MGN12H blocks with M3 screws and the plate onto the plates (three screws are sufficient). Be careful, only one of the rails must be locked down, for the second rail do not overtighten it so that the rails slide smoothly. The hole on the plate is used to screw in a stop for the Y endstop. This is the final version 3 of the mod and fulfilled its purpose. 12/09/2018 Edit: I pushed the rails aside (27mm) to get more stability. In the end, the small "white" pieces allow even more stability, so I added the stl.
