MGN12 Linear Rail Adjustable End Stop Mount
thingiverse
This is a straightforward adjustable, clamping mount designed specifically for MGN12 linear rail use. Since my plans for supporting the linear rails on my Anet E12 weren't yet finalized, I created this mount to allow me to continue using the printer in the meantime. This setup positions the end stop exactly 1mm above the MGN12 rail, ensuring successful triggering from the MGN12H block. Initially, I had envisioned using M2 screws to secure the limit switch but decided against it due to added height concerns. If you provide me with your dimensions, I'm happy to modify the design and account for screw allowances. Required Materials: * 2x M3x8 screws (shorter lengths work too; M3x8 was the shortest I had available) Printing Parameters: * Layer height: 0.2mm * Supports: Build plate only I highly recommend reducing print speed during the retraction-heavy portion to allow for adequate layer cooling time. To achieve this, I printed the top at one corner and the bottom at the opposite corner, artificially increasing cooling time.
