MG90S Simple pan/tilt

Still a WIP, model is very basic and has weak spots to improve on. I couldn't find a simple pan/tilt for the MG90S servos I had lying around, so made this as a quick POC to slap onto my Mini Talon. The servos themselves don't seem too bad, they are cheap generic MG90S from AliExpress. With this model, they offer approx ~180 degrees of pan, ~90 degrees of downwards tilt, and ~45 degrees upwards. Print all parts at 100% infill. I will improve the strength and fitment of things once I've flown with it a bit more, and I'm currently looking for better/alternative servos anyway, so the dimensions might need to change. Order of assembly is important. Make sure your servos are centered before starting to avoid having to remove stuff and redo it. - Attach the pan servo to your base of choice, followed by the pan bracket with servo horns already attached. Install shims between the pan servo and bracket as needed to remove any wobble. Make sure it doesn't bind. - Be careful of the screw holes for the servo horns. The print is thin here and can crack. I recommend epoxying over the horns for good measure. If you do choose to epoxy over, do so after you've screwed down all of the servos etc, and everything has settled into its final position. You might need to print some of the screw spacers if your screws are long and make sure to file down any bits that stick out. - Now attach the tilt bracket with an M3 buttonhead screw (you might need to find a particularly low profile one) and nyloc nut and washer, again making sure it doesn't bind. Then install the tilt servo, using 1mm thick servo tape underneath, and screwing it down also. These screw mounts are a bit weak, so the servo tape should keep things together should the screws fail. If they crack, try epoxying over the outer walls first. - If you're using a Caddx Nebula, you can print the holder and just servo tape it to the tilt bracket.
