Simple Bluetooth Enclosure for MG-M6b Module To create a compact Bluetooth enclosure for the MG-M6b module, use small threaded heat-set inserts to secure it. Apply glue around the speaker ring to ensure a snug fit. Despite initial doubts about purchasing this Bluetooth module, it needed a case to function properly. The module itself is very affordable, and all that's required is a small 3.7 LiPo battery and a compatible 40mm speaker, such as the one from Adafruit (adafruit.com/product/3968). To find the MG-M6b module, search online using Google (google.com/search?q=mg-m6b). A crucial note: Be aware that the battery connector is reversed on this module compared to standard batteries. Although labeled correctly, make sure to connect it properly or swap the connector. For assembly, use M3 inserts like those from McMaster-Carr (mcmaster.com/94180A331) and screws from McMaster-Carr (mcmaster.com/91294A126). When assembling the enclosure, seal the holes around the connectors for a watertight seal. Additionally, include sound-absorbing material inside the enclosure to enhance sound quality.
