<p>When I bought my MG TF, the sun visors where the thing that immediately stuck out as rubbish. Looking on the MG-Rover forums, I saw that people where replacing the standard items with either the Z3 one or the far too big Alfa GTV ones. The Z3 ones usually require drilling to fit but with this simple adapter, all you need is an M5 machine screw and a nut. The best thing is, Z3 sun visors are only £20 and the MG items sell for about £55-£60 so you end up making £35 and you get better sun visors.</p><p>You will need an m5 x 10mm cap-head pozidrive screw and an m5 nut of 8mm.
