1. Use PLA if indoors, in an area not exposed to sun. Friends don't let friends use PLA Outdoors, exposed to heat, or in direct sunlight. 2. This stand was a quick attempt to have a two angle positioning for the MFJ419 CW Trainer. Without a stand, placing the trainer flat on the back would resulted in muffled audio without headphones. But you could see the LCD. With the trainer standing straight up, you get good audio, but cannot see the LCD as well. So, there's this stand which partially puts the stand at an angle, exposes the speaker for better audio (and may even push it to more "Front firing" audio, and looks not too horrible. I also printed up one for my nano VNA and it at least gives the nano VNA somewhere to sit and look cool. www.youtube.com/c/hamradiodude
