MF07 Squonk mod DNA 75
thingiverse
READ ME FIRST!!! Single 18650 battery squonk mod, DNA 75 board. 49.4 × 72 × 23mm - no screws needed. It doesn't work with stiff materials like ABS, PLA, etc. Best printed in nylon, sls, ≤ 100μm resolution. Be aware that if your print comes with attached spaces between the buttons on the front, you'll have to cut them. Same thing with the legs on both sides of the enclosure. Be careful when you cut, take your time as you can break the enclosure. Cutting those spaces is needed in order to make both buttons and legs used to hold the dna board in place, movable. If you need to release the board from the enclosure, carefully lift the two legs from the inside and push the fire button so that the board will unlock. What do you need: -DNA 75 board -510 squonk connector 22mm, m10 thread, 1mm thick. This one https://www.fasttech.com/p/9620834 -Battery contacts -Wires as suggested here https://downloads.evolvapor.com/dna75.pdf even though I've used 18ga wire for all the wiring and it works fine. -12mm box-end wrench to fasten the hex nut of the 510 connector, be sure that the wrench is around 18.50mm in overall diameter otherwise you'll be unable to slide it inside the enclosure. -Some double sided sticky foam tape to raise the screen What do you have to do: You can follow the way I wired the board as you can see in pictures or you can wire the board as you like. Cheers
