The popular Meze 99 Classics headphones now have a case that protects it from extreme impacts and drops. Rubber cushions are integrated for protecting the ear cups and head band. Perfectly store the included headphone adapters and the 4ft cable in this custom one of a kind design. With the extra room in this case, you don't need to remove the cables from your headphones for storage anymore! This case is for personal use only and is not to be sold as a retail product. Many useful features include: Cable cavity and retention ring for perfect storage of the 4ft cable. Extruded ribs in the center hole for enhanced hand grip. Indented notches near hinges on lid for enhanced thumb grip. Holder and cover for the 3.5mm to 1/4" adapter. Holder and cover for the airplane flight adapter. Magnetic closure for added security. Rubber feet for added surface grip. Assembly instructions: Add rubber feet to the bottom of the main body base. Rubber cushion installation instructions: Apply a very small amount of silicone adhesive or similar to the bottom of rubber cushions and install. Leave glue to properly set before continuing assembly. Cable retention ring installation instructions: Apply a very small amount of silicone adhesive or similar to the bottom of rubber cushions and install. Leave glue to properly set before continuing assembly. Lid magnet installation instructions: Apply silicone adhesive or similar into the magnet cavities. Insert magnets and press down. Apply more silicone adhesive to the top of the magnets. Add magnet covers and press down. Leave glue to properly set before using. Hinge installation instructions: Install long screws and nuts to hinge parts and test movement. To make hinge more resistant, add plastic washers or spacer between center hinge rings. Install hinges to top and bottom of case. Place headphone inside and test movement. Loosen mounting bolts slightly, close lid and drive bolts back in. Reverse long screws slightly. Apply Loctite to side nuts and drive bolts back into place. Do not over tighten. Leave Loctite to properly set before using. Requires: Eight 6-32 x 3/8" long machine screws. Two 6-32 x 1 1/4" long machine screws. Ten 6-32 x 3/8" nuts. Two magnet discs 1/2" diameter x 1/8" thick (12.7mm diameter x 3.18mm thick).
