Mezaxial ventilator adaptor for 120 mm hose

Adaptor for Mezaxial ventilator (e.g. 3131, 3141, etc). Adaptor output diameter is designed for hose of inner diameter 120 mm (I used this one: https://www.gumex.cz/vzduchotechnicka-flexibilni-hadice-vulcano-pu-s1-05136120 ) Adaptor's 3D model is designed without holes. Before assembly to Mezaxial I drilled 4 holes for M4 screws (M4 thread tapped to ventilator aluminum body) and one hole for ventilator cable. Hose is then held to adaptor by steel hose clamp (125 - 135 mm range).
