This three-dimensional model was originally developed using Sketchup version seven and subsequently transformed into all other 3D formats with native format being .skp. A 3ds Max 2016 scene renders with Vray 3.00. Architect Giovenale created the design project John the Baptist. Luke, an Academy of Fine Arts-Rome professor, contributed as a member of St. Peter's Basilica's Sacred Art Commission. Its massive dome boasts eighteen meters in diameter at the time of construction, making it second only to St. Peter's Basilica's monumental dome globally. Construction started with a 1921 cornerstone, though full completion wasn't finalized until 1986.
