I've finally stumbled upon something I've been searching for eternally, all thanks to user D6-EQUIPMENTWORKSHOP for sharing the forums where he discovered some other files. I converted this file from 3ds to stl for 3d printing purposes, and it still requires some editing to reach perfection - Windows 3dbuilder app can make that happen. The Ranger helmet main file is essentially a separated version of just the helmet and mask, making it less bulky inside and therefore more likely to fit better now.
