I stumbled upon an old file from my Pepakura making days hidden away in Pepakura Designer, where you can export it to .OBJ and further refine it by exporting to .STL using "Windows 10 3DBuilder or 123Design". Unfortunately, I don't possess the necessary skills to improve this model any further, but maybe someone out there would appreciate tidying it up. If you do decide to give it a makeover, please upload your remixed version back here. Keep in mind that this file was originally shared as a free download online, so I'm not taking credit for its creation - the true originator remains unknown.
