The support structure for Metropolis carbody's static converter and battery employs soft mounting, featuring vibration isolation within longitudinal tubes. The material is ASTM A36 (S275), and each crosstube weighs 39.2 kg. With a 320kg static load (twice the actual load), the maximum deflection is 0.53mm. Alternatively, a 120 x 80 x 0.63 tube can be used for the crosstube. All welds adhere to standards, and there's a modified version compatible with existing stirrup mounts (Crossbeam-v2).
