Photogrammetry of Baquedano Metro Station entrance in Santiago, Chile after 48 days of social unrest is now VR ready. One of my initial photogrammetry experiments captured 250 photos using a Canon T3 camera at maximum resolution with an ISO of 3200 and f-stop of F11. The images were taken at 8pm on December 4th. Processed using MESHROOM, this project boasts 1 million vertices and features an LSCM texture at 8K resolution. Although cleaned up slightly in 3ds Max, the mesh remained stubbornly flawed due to issues inherited from MESHROOM. The resulting model consistently produced holes. Postscript: President Piñera's resignation is imminent.
